Ruben Coslada
Ever since his teenage years in Coslada (Madrid), Ruben has been a relentless force in electronic music, tearing up the best underground clubs in Madrid and beyond. Landing in Zürich in 2014, he quickly made an impact by founding the event label RUND, and playing at the Swiss top spots: Hive, Klaus, Frieda’s Büxe, Nordstern in Basel, and electrifying summer open-airs. His beats have also rocked international venues like Harry Klein in Munich, Studio76 in Madrid, and Chula Puerto Escondido in Mexico. Ruben’s style is a standout in Zürich’s scene, a reference of Indie Dance with tracks bringing groove, powerful basslines, and rock-infused guitars. His sets are a seamless blend of downtempo, slow tech, and dark disco, making every performance a unique journey.
Since diving into production in 2019, Ruben has been a prolific creator, dropping Ind Dance and Organic House/Downtempo tracks on labels like Phisica, down, LNDKHN, Hive Audio, trndmsk, Monada Records, or Copycow. His „Butterflies EP“ hit the Top 1 of the Indie Dance Releases chart in January 2024 Ruben’s edits have also made waves, amassing over 150k plays by mid-2023.
