On November 14th, we move. All evening. All in.
Hours of action that’ll make your legs shake
and your cheeks (yes, those ones) sore from raving.

Music to make you move, sweat, forget.
Pop-up aerobics, surprise performances,
and snacks that won’t make you feel like a brick afterwards.

Also: lots of space to sprawl out, stretch weirdly, or just sit there and make eye contact with strangers who also don’t know what’s going on.
Because sometimes joy looks like a cartwheel.
Or a half-cartwheel.
Or falling over in the attempt.

It’s not a fitness day.
It’s not a wellness day.
It’ a good old-fashioned rave dressed in comfy clothes.

You can sweat. You can sit. You can talk about how sore you already are after doing literally one lunge. All acceptable.
– Yes. Call it the groove – funky stuff that makes your shoulders start moving before your brain catches up.

Wear something you can move in.
Or something impractical and fabulous
