Legend is a word that gets thrown around a lot but when it comes to Justin Strauss, there isn’t a word to better describe him. Justin was just 17 when his glam rock band Milk ‘N’ Cookies got signed to Island Records in the 1970s. This lead to him spinning of some of New York’s most fabled clubs, starting at the Mudd Club and spinning his way through The Ritz, Limelight, Area and Tunnel.
Over the years he’s also built up a reputation for his production skills, remixing and producing more than 200 records, working with artists like Depeche Mode, Tina Turner, B-52s, Luther Vandross, Malcolm McClaren and Goldfrapp.
