HIMEEE – Her devout musical philosophy represents a way of life. She masterfully designs an explosive sonic landscape that fuses the primitive with the futuristic like a sensual voyage through the emotional spectrum. Hailing from Osaka, Japan, a former dancer, she was exposed to a diverse library of sounds while learning how to play the piano at the age of three and exploring her father’s extensive avant-garde jazz collection. After organizing countless parties and DJing in Japan, she moved to Berlin followed by Amsterdam. Her vast experience is the creative source that continues to nourish her craft as a music producer.
