Planet Voltage is a hands-on electronic music project that brings together analog and digital technology. It focuses on creating unique sounds using modular synthesizers, drum machines, tape machines, and iconic synths from the 70s and 80s, along with software tools. The project isn’t about delivering a finished product but about exploring sound, improving skills, and performing live, where learning happens best. The core team behind Planet Voltage is Bohnenblust and Zefzeed. Each session is live-streamed and open to the public for free at Club Supermarket, with a bar operating for attendees. The project also aims to create a space in Zurich every few weeks for electronic experimentation, offering a new environment for relaxed social gatherings and pure enjoyment of electronic music.
