The Spiritual Father of Chill Out and Creater of Café del Mar Compilations.

Probably no other DJ has shaped the original sound and myth of Ibiza as much as José Padilla. When the island was still populated by hippies and dropouts and long before it became the number one destination for party tourists from all over the world, Padilla played in clubs like Pacha or Space. Later he became resident at the legendary Café del Mar.
