“I’ve always been inspired by the mountains of Switzerland during holidays and I wanted to try to capture that stillness and peace into the frame. I thought it would look great to strip it down to it’s necessary components and deform those to create a surreal setting. Once I found a sense of pure balance in composition, the puzzle felt into place. I hope this image will serve as a beacon in your head to make you enthusiastic before you go and will remind you of all memories from the festival once it’s over.”
